Development Chef

Neil started his Chef career back in 1988 as a YTS Apprentice in Perthshire. Fast forward to 2010 when he joined the Aquascot NPD team as Development Chef.

Neil is the creative mind behind all our added-value products and he works closely with Justine and Fee to develop new products which meet our customer requirements and embrace the latest food trends.

Fiona "Fee" Stott

NPD Manager

With over 20 years’ experience in product development in the fish & seafood industry, Fee first joined the Aquascot team in 2014 as NPD Manager. In December 2017 she took a career break and spent the next year or so embracing all things yoga & pilates-related.

Fee has since re-joined Aquascot in the same role, and her leadership and experience in all aspects of product development from concept to launch is pivotal to the ongoing success of our Innovation Centre.

Product Manager

Mark has been involved in the food industry for over 25 years and has been with Aquascot for 20. Mark has had several roles within the business from production partner to planning, technical manager and now product manager.

Mark’s experience is essential to his role in the NPD department, where he project manages every single product launch for Aquascot and works closely with our Production partners to ensure that the products launch without a hitch.
