Aquaculture
Expertise in marine life, fish farming and scientific approaches to improvement are what make our Aquaculture team so important. Opportunities here will offer valuable experience in a busy and ambitious organisation in the Highlands who work with numerous farming partners, NGOs and academic institutions to better understand and enhance the quality and welfare of fish and their environment.
Business & Management
Aquascot's core operations are supported by a dedicated business administration team and managerial structure – handling everything from business development, to logistics, to managing relationships with customers and other organisations we work with. The office team are integral to the smooth running of the entire business and are often the first point of contact for clients, external stakeholders and the general public.
Processing & Added-Value
Passionate, hardworking people with an eye for detail are ideal for our operational roles in the two facilities at Fyrish and Riverside. Here we process farmed fish into premium retail products – including whole fish, fillets and a range of delicious 'added-value' dishes, with additional ingredients, preparations and garnishes. Team spirit, hitting targets and looking for new ways to improve processes are all key to these roles.
