As 2022 draws nearer to a close, the annual Christmas preparations are well under way at Aquascot — and for us that includes preparations for supplying delicious festive Scottish salmon to Waitrose stores across the UK.

This year, a couple of firm favourites return to their shelves just in time for the season of good cheer.

Clementine & Cranberry Side of Salmon

The Waitrose Entertaining range will have Clementine & Cranberry Sides of Salmon available between 20th-24th December and 29th-31st December 2022.

A Scottish side of Salmon decorated with colourful clementines, cranberries and orange zest. A bright and beautiful main dish guaranteed to please any fish-loving guests, it goes beautifully with new potatoes and dill, or all the trimmings.

Three Fish Roast

Also returning this year is the deliciously decadent Three Fish Roast.

Scottish salmon fillet is filled with delicate cod, traditionally smoked haddock, baby spinach leaves and a lemon and dill butter. This three fish roast makes a special alternative to turkey at the main event, or a light and appetising main for Christmas Eve.
